Good question. Put simply, it's a telescopic hanging system that mounts to your existing roof rack/roof bars, providing the ultimate in comfy seating - right from your camper van. Watch the sunset from the hanging chair or better still, fall asleep under the stars on the hanging hammock - it's a whole new way to relax!

Each kit comes with either a single or twin VanHanger, fixing hardware to mount it to your roof rack/roof bars, a hammock chair and attachments.

Our VanHangers have been designed to fit a wide variety of vans from SWB through to XLWB. All you need is an existing roof rack or roof bars for the kit to mount to. 

Our VanHangers are approximately 152cm (5ft) in length and made from premium grade box steel, powder coated for protection and fixed in place using high tensile clamps and tested to hold 18st. If you can tighten a nut, you can mount a VanHanger! 

Included in your VanHanger kit is a really comfy hanging hammock chair made from breathable cotton fabric, which packs down to a small pouch that can be  stored just about anywhere, and most importantly - it doesn't take up anywhere near the amount of space a folding camp chair would! Simply unpack, clip on, sit back and unwind.
