A VanHanger is telescopic hanging system that mounts to your existing roof rack/roof bars, turning unused space beside your van into a comfortable place to relax. Whether it's a hanging chair for sunset views or a hammock under the stars, it adds a whole new dimension to van life.

VanHangers are designed to fit most vans, from compact short-wheelbase models through to extra-long wheelbase campers and work vans. All you need is an existing roof rack or roof bars.

Unfortunately the VanHanger is not suitable for vans fitted with pop-tops as a roof rack is required for fitting or car sized vans (eg, Citroen Berlingo / Peugeot Partner Tepee) as there will likely not be enough ground clearance. The drop of the hammock chair is approx 135cm from attachment point to seat base.

Manufactured from premium-grade steel and power-coated for long-term durability, each VanHanger is secured using high-tensile fixings and tested to support loads of up to 101kgs (16 stone). 

Installation takes only basic tools and can be completed in minutes.

Included with every VanHanger is a premium breathable cotton hammock chair that packs down into a compact storage pouch. Unlike bulky folding chairs, it takes up very little space in your van.
