We hope you love your VanHanger, but if you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to let us know you’d like to return it. After notifying us, you then have another 14 days to send it back.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Please note that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item reaches us safely. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us before returning your item.
